Brian was the seller’s agent on the property I was interested in. We all know as a buyer, a dual-agency situation is considered “high risk”. Having this in mind, I expressed all my concerns and expectations during our initial meeting. Brian was professional and told the straight forward truth (whether it’s good or bad). This is exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of every facets of the property, market, lending, and pretty much everything else.

Brian didn’t try to impress nor did he waste any time with any nonsense. Since the first time I met him, I was confident he as showing his true character, and someone I could trust. I decided to go ahead and sign with him although all the forums and friends has advised the risks involved in dual-agency. I’m so glad I made the right decision. Over and over again, Brian has showed that he’a a man of integrity and his work ethic was never in question.

Brian made the negotiations quick and easy. I think both the seller and I are both satisfied with the agreement price. This is a true testament of how well Brian handled this tricky situation. It could have easily resulted in something uneasy but overall, he made the whole process comfortable.

My lender made a huge mistake midway through our closing timeline. I reached out to Brian just to see if any lender could offer competitive rates with little time we had left due to the first failure. Since I’ve always trusted Brian, I started a new loan as he advised, and they executed and closed within 2 weeks (less). The efficiency and professionalism was amazing. I still cannot believe we closed on time. Of course, Brian followed up on everything and made sure I had all my paperwork lined up and ready, which I really appreciated.

I closed on a Waxhaw property while being in California, remotely. Even without being present, Brian went out of his way and made sure everything was in order. Not only was he present during the necessary parts, but he was involved in things that I didn’t expect, such as installing new floors and touch up maintenance on minor things around the house, all while I was still in CA. It was comforting to know you that Brian was there. This truly shows his character. His willingness to help, even when it’s not his responsibility really shows that he’s a good human.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Brian, and I feel very lucky that I have. Through the most challenging times, he was calm and walked me through it. This was truly a rewarding experience. Still to this day, I ask for his recommendations on things that aren’t even related to his work. Still to this day, I don’t hesitate to on anything he says, with full confidence.
